The annual Board of Directors picnic will be held on July 9, 2001 at the pavilion in Pavilion, NY at 6:00 p.m.

The Fall Workshop (held jointly with the Perry Bowling Association) will be August 9, 2001 at Valley View Lanes in Warsaw, NY at 7:00 p.m.

GVWBA Director Chris Busch will be participating in "Walk for the Cure" during NYS convention to be held in Syracuse in June 2001.  If Chris asks for a "donation" please support her efforts.  This will be the first time one of our directors has participated and full support will be greatly appreciated.

Jodel Donovan bowled her first ever 700 series on October 22, 2000 during competition on the Sunday Adult/Junior League at Letchworth Lanes, Portageville, NY.  Jodel bowled games of 226-253-265=744.  Congratulations, Jodel!

Ann Kemp bowled her first ever 600 series on September 13, 2000 during competition on the Tuesday Night Ladies League also at Letchworth Lanes.  Ann bowled games of 218-212-194=624.  Congratulations, Ann!
