A
LIFE MEMBER of the Genesee Valley WBA must have served as either the
president or secretary of the Association. Upon her retirement, she
can be nominated as a life member by the Board of Directors with
subsequent approval at a membership meeting. A life member may
attend Board of Directors and Association meetings with the privilege of
voice and vote.

EMERITI of the Genesee Valley WBA must have rendered valuable service
to the Association. She can be nominated as a member emeriti by the
Board of Directors with subsequent approval at a membership meeting. A
member emeriti may attend Association meetings with privilege of voice and
vote.
